Carrier Oils are generally used for diluted natural essential oils for Aromatherapy uses. Pure Carrier oils are extracted from herbal plant materials. Some popular carrier oils are sweet almond oils, coconut oils, sunflower oils and olive oils.

Carrier oils are extracted from vegetable, nut and seed oils. These are fatty acid compounds and act as a base to carry essential oils. 16. Sunflower oil – It is rich in Vitamin E and good for massage. It is used for making body lotions and body oils.
17. Sweet Almond oil – It is an odourless oil and good as a massage oil and an excellent source of protein. It easily gets absorbed into the skin rapidly.
